I LOVE being a realtor. It is the perfect fit for me because it combines so many things I already love into one role.
I get to walk into homes (lots of homes – eek!) and see how people actually live in them. How they arrange furniture, the colors they choose, and how they use different rooms - it's all so fascinating to me. But what I really love is digging deeper to understand what people truly want and need so I can get the best possible outcome for them.
Before real estate, my background was in marketing, so I naturally am always thinking about what motivates people and how they make decisions. That perspective helps whether I’m helping someone buy or sell a home. With buyers, it helps me understand what matters most to them and negotiate strategically. With sellers, it helps me position their home in a way that attracts the right buyers and gets them the strongest price.
I also very intentionally limit the number of clients I work with at one time so my clients always feel like my priority. Real estate is so very personal, and I always want to honor that by being present and reliable and always communicating. I'd love to get to know you to see if we might be a good fit!
